So I am not going to sugat coat it for you: Getting your PhD will be one of the most challenging, stressful periods of time in your life that will test your physical and mental capacity. It will be demanding -- both academically and personally. So please do not underestimate what I am sure people have already told you: it's so so so so important to take care of your well-being in order to thrive in all aspects of your life!
